There are countless misconceptions cleansing, most commonly that it involves a dire state of deprivation for a short period of time. I believe in nutrition changes for the long term, as this is my *lifeline* in combatting chronic disease. I not only believe in it; I live it. The concept cleansing in general terms refers to the removal of toxins and inflammation from the body with replacement of optimal nutrients that in turn employ a state of repair within the body. Access to the most optimal nutrients is life-changing! I make myself available to all clients in their journey, however I’d like to open this opportunity for those that are on the fence about change, those who don’t know where to begin to regain their health, those that are on a current health plan NOT working for them, and those who are using superfoods that have new questions others can learn from.
